LUX was founded by the core principles of providing customers an exceptional service which is non-comparable.  We pride ourselves on having a pro-active approach to our method of work and communication. We have now worked with some of the most reputable interior designers across the UK managing international projects, fulfillment for start-ups and established retailers.

Our Story

LUX Group founders bring over 30 years of experience in fulfilment and handling of high-end goods. The journey began when the founders started selling web based courier services to small and medium sized businesses and quickly gained a reputation for providing superior customer service with the majority of business growth coming through referrals.

Having gained this reputation, it wasn't long until high-end retailers and interior designers started regularly using the services. Through this wealth of experience the founders spotted a niche in the market to provide end-to-end project management services, to our high-end retailers and interior designers. This included providing warehousing and fulfilment services for clients

who had an online presence. LUX was then formed to bridge the gap between these services under a hybrid warehouse, facilitating interior design projects alongside fulfilment services.
