At LUX Group we have extensive experience operating in domestic and international interior design projects. We understand the moving parts in a project and the tight deadlines which are faced. We have managed projects all around the globe including Spain, France, Qatar and Saudi Arabia just to name a few;

each had its own challenges which we overcame and thrived under, which gave our clients the confidence to become their sole project managers for UK and international projects. The projects require a mixture of transport services including courier, dedicated, sea and air freight options which we utilise.

We provide a one-stop shop service to our interior designers, from collating all the goods in the warehouse to assembling the goods on site. Our project managers are solution driven and experts in their field to ensure the project is executed to a very high standard.

Stage 1

Goods In

We will receive all goods from multiple suppliers to consolidate at our warehouse location in London Gatwick.

Checking Goods

Our warehouse team will carefully check all goods received to ensure the correct items have arrived, along with checking for any damages which are reported to the customer.

Storage

Goods will be put away in our warehouse which is equipped with state-of-the-art security including 4k cameras and an alarm system connected to the local police station.

Stage 2

Secure Pack

For goods that arrive into the warehouse loose or need additional packaging we will get this securely packed for transit. We also provide a crating service for more fragile and items prone to damage.

Export

Once all goods have been consolidated into the warehouse, we can provide the appropriate service for export to destination. Transport options include airfreight, sea-freight and dedicated road-freight.

Customs Paperwork

For international exports to Europe and Worldwide we can handle all the customs paper work, including issuing Certificate of Origins, EUR1 forms and assisting with Commercial Invoices.

Stage 3

Unpack

Our dedicated team can provide a white glove service of unpacking all the items and putting goods into the room of choice. This also includes taking away packaging material.

Assembly

For flat-pack goods including tables and wardrobes, our team of experts can assemble the goods onsite, including beds, which completes the full service.
